Abstract: THE CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR NURSING AND HEALTH PROFESSION SCHOOLS USE THIS FORM TO MONITOR SPACE UTILIZATION IN THE PORTION OF T TEACHING FACILITY WHICH RECEIVED FEDERAL ASSISTANCE. ANNUAL ENROLLMEN REPORTS ARE REQUIRED OF THE NURSING SCHOOLS ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NO LONGE REQUIRED OF THE HEALTH PROFESSIONS SCHOOLS.
