Abstract: THE FORM PROVIDES A MEANS OF IDENTIFYING SPECIFIC SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGES IN THE POOL, AND ASSURES THAT ALL REQUIRED MORTGAGE AND RELATED DOCUMENTS HAVE, IN FACT, BEEN DELIVERED TO A DOCUMENT CUSTODIAN. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO ASSURE GNMA'S INTEREST IN THE POOLED MORTGAGES IN THE EVENT OF A DEFAULT.
