Abstract: THE ERA-766R REQUIRES FIRMS IN ALL SEGMENTS OF THE OIL INDUSTRY TO MAINTAIN ONLY THOSE RECORDS ESSENTIAL TO THE ORDERLY AND TIMELY COMPLETION OF THE OIL PRICING ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM. FIRMS NOT HAVING SUCH RECORDS WOULD BE EXEMPT FROM THE RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 210.1.
