Abstract: THE FORM EIA-28 PROVIDES DATA TO EVALUATE THE ENERGY INDUSTRY COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT AND TO ANALYZE ENERGY INDUSTRY RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT, SUPPLY, DISTRIBUTION, AND PROFITABILITY ISSUES.
