THE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO BE COLLECTED IS MANDATED AND THE INFORMATION REUQIRED TO BE POSTED IS EXPECTED TO REDUCE THE UNACCEPTABLY HIGH RATE OF CASUALTIES.
