Abstract: A SAMPLE OF HOUSEHOLD FOOD SHOPPERS WILL BE INTERVIEWED IN AN EXPERIMENTAL SETTING TO DETERMINE THEIR ABILITY TO IDENTIFY NUTRIENT DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FOODS UNDER ALTERNATIVE NUTRITION LABEL FORMATS.
