Abstract: COMMUNICATIONS OPERATIONS, REPORTING REQUIREMENTS, EMERGENCY BROADCAS SECTION 74.21 REQUIRES LICENSEES OF AUXILIARY BROADCAST STATIONS TO NOTIFY THE FCC IN THE EVENT THAT STATION IS OPERATED IN A MANNER OTHER WHEN EMERGENCY OPERATION IS TERMINATED. DATA USED BY FCC STAFF TO EVALUATE THE NEED AND NATURE OF THE EMERGENCY.
