Abstract: THE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION SHEET AND QUARTERLY REPORT ARE NEEDED TO PROPERLY EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMMUNITY BASED ANTI-ARSON ORGANIZATION'S PROGRESS OVER THE YEARS TO MEASURE THEIR EFFECTIVENESS. THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY CONGRESS TO DETERMINE AND EVALUATE THE NEED FOR CONTINUED FUNDING OF THIS PROGRAM. THE USFA HAS DEVELOPED A COMPUTERIZED REPORT FORM TO GATHER THIS INFORMATION.
