Abstract: THE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION SHEET AND QUARTERLY REPORT ARE NEEDED TO PROPERLY EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMMUNITY BASED ANTI-ARSON ORGANIZATION'S PROGRESS OVER THE YEARS. THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY CONGRESS TO DETERMINE AND EVALUATE THE NEED FOR CONTINUED FUNDING OF THIS PROGRAM. THE USFA HAS DEVELOPED A COMPUTERIZED REPORT FORM TO GATHER THIS INFORMATION.
