Abstract: 46 USC 7315 -- THIS STATUTE AUTHORIZES THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION TO APPROVE COURSES WHICH MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR REQUIRED SEA EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING.
