In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information collection is approved for use through 1/94. A burden of one hour is granted, and when the final rule becomes effective (but only if there have been no changes in the paperwork requirements), the agency should submit an inventory correction worksheet, and the burden hours will be changed to reflect the full burden of this collection. there are modifications to the collection between the NPRM and final stages of rulemaking, the agency must resubmit the collection of information for review on or before the date of publication of the fin rule.
