should discuss methods by which the Department could reduce the
burden associated with this information collection. 2) The
Department shall discuss and provide greater detail on the number
of project management atgents that are presently using computer
software and the possibility of expanding use of computers to
collect this information. 3) The requirement for Employer
Identification Numbers was not presented by HUD in a manner
consistent with 5 CFR 1320.4. OMB does not approve the collection
of EIN information. In supporting statement on the need to collect
this information and the "practical utility" of the information. 4)
Since HUD has not provided the justification required in our last
terms of clearance, the form/format entitled "Format for Requesting
HUD Reimbursement of Rent Rebates Required by 1983 HURRA" continues
not to be approved under this OMB control number.

RENTAL CHARGES COLLECTED THAT ARE IN EXCESS OF THE BASIC RENTS
APPROVED FOR ALL OCCUPIED UNITS. OWNERS USE THE HUD-9310/A TO
COMPUTE ANY REQUIRED PAYMENT DUE HUD.
