DISPOSAL SYSTEM AND THEIR FUTURE CAPACITY NEEDS, A TO ASSURE THAT
THE STATES HAVE REALISTIC PLANS FOR MEETING LONGTERM CAPACITY
NEEDS. EPA USES THIS INFORMATION TO EVALUATE ADEQUACY OF CERC
104(C)(9) ASSURANCES.
