EMPLOYERS NEEDING CERTAIN SKIL CAN ENTER THE SYSTEM, AFTER SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION, BY IDENTIFYIN THE SKILL REQUIRED ON THE WORKSHEET AND RECEIVE RESUMES FOR PERSONNEL HAVING THAT SKILL.
