Approved as
amended by ED's memorandum of 5/1/91. In addition, a shor clearance
is granted due to the pending submission of new regulations for
this program, which will require a new information collection
submission. OMB notes that ED's delay in responding to OMB concerns
led to the collection of this information prior to clearance; upon
the next submission of this package, ED should allow sufficient
time to me both review requirements under the Paperwork Reduction
Act and statuto deadlines under the Perkins Act.
