Terms of Clearance: Approved, until September 30, 1993, subject to conditions and exceptio that may make it necessary to modify the terms of clearance, prior to adoption of a final rule. We therefore request the opportunity to review a summary of public comment on the additional information requirements imposed by the rules implementing the 1990 Amendments. W request this summary within 90 days after the Interim Rule goes into effect unless, by agreement, this date is modified to permit more adequate time in conjunction with Commission staff evaluations of thes comments and an assessment of early experience with the rule after its effective date. The summary and evaluations should be completed prior to Commission deliberations and action on a final rule. These terms of clearance accommodate the Commission staff request for an expiration date of September, 1993 on existing and new information collection requirements but provides an opportunity to modify the condition of clearance or recommend rule modification affecting new requirements prior to adoption of a final rule.
