Abstract: THE FORM I-9 WAS DEVELOPED TO FACILITATE COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 101 OF THE IMMIGRATION REFORM AND CONTROL ACT OF 1986. MAKING EMPLOYMENT OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIENS UNLAWFUL WILL AND IS DIMINISHING THE FLOW OF ILLEGAL WORKERS INTO THE UNITED STATES.
