Pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act and OMB regulations at 5 CFR 1320, this
colledtion of information is approved through August 1993. By this
time the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is expected
to finalize its own rules regarding demolition and renovation of
buildings containing asbestos. EPA should continue to work with OS
to ensure a coordinated implementation of each agencies' rules and
a minimization of paperwork burden.
