SECTION 4 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT (CNA) OF 1966, P.L. 89-642, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZES THE SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAM (SBP). THE REGULATIONS SUBMITTED WITH THIS CLEARANCE SET FORTH CERTAIN NEW REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS AS MANDATED BY P.L. 101-147.
