Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memorandum to OMB of 6/25/91. In addition approval for this revision to the Application for Grants Under Bilingu Education is for one year only, through June 1992. Within the next year, ED has agreed to develop regulations specific to the Evaluation Assistance Centers, which will include selection criteria for future competitions under this program (eliminating the need to use EDGAR selection criteria).The rest of this clearance package remains approved through January 1994.
