Abstract: OFFERORS WHO ARE RESPONDING TO A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) WILL REPORT COST AND PRICING DATA. THEY WILL REPORT THE DATA ONCE WITH THE SUBMISSION OF THE RFP. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO AUDIT THE OFFEROR'S COST PROPOSAL IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF THE PROPOSAL IS REASONABLE AND THE COSTS ARE ALLOWABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION REQUIREMENTS.
