Abstract: SECTION 74.1284 REQUIRES THAT LICENSEES OF FM TRANSLATOR STATIONS MUST OBTAIN PRIOR CONSENT FROM PRIMARY FM BROADCAST/TRANSLATOR STATION BEFO REBROADCASTING THEIR PROGRAMS, NOTIFY THE COMMISSION OF THE CALL LETTE CERTIFY THAT WRITTEN CONSENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. DATA USED BY FCC STAF TO UPDATE RECORDS AND TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH FCC RULES AND REGULATIONS.
