UNDER THE EXPORT ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM, AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES OWNED B CCC ARE MADE AVAILABLE AS A BONUS TO U.S. EXPORTERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPANDING EXPORT SALES OF SPECIFIC U.S. AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES IN TARGETED MARKETS. THE OBJECTIVES ARE TO INCREASE U.S. AGRICULTURAL EXPORTS, AND TO ENCOURAGE TRADING PARTNERS TO BEGIN SERIOUS NEGOTIATIO ON AGRICULTURAL TRADE PROBLEMS.
