Abstract: INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE 43 CFR GROUP 3400 REGULATIONS ARE USED TO ALLOW THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT TO ADMINISTER THE FEDERAL COAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST. INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM APPLICANTS, LESSEES, LICENSES, AND/OR OPERATORS INVOLVED WITH THE COAL INDUSTRY AND FEDERAL COAL RESOURCES.
