Pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act, we have approved these reporting
requirements through August 1994 with the following conditions: 1)
The Department of Labor shall continue to seek legislative
revisions which would reduce these largely unnecessary reporting
burdens. 2) If Congress enacts changes to the Davis-Bacon an or
Copeland Acts that will have an effect on paperwork, the Department
shall submit, in a timely manner, to OIRA a revised paperwork
package which implements those changes. Such a submission would
identify the various alternatives for implementation of statutory
changes with a justification for the alternative chosen.
