Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act, we have approved these reporting requirements through August 1994 with the following conditions: 1) The Department of Labor shall continue to seek legislative revisions which would reduce these largely unnecessary reporting burdens. 2) If Congress enacts changes to the Davis-Bacon an or Copeland Acts that will have an effect on paperwork, the Department shall submit, in a timely manner, to OIRA a revised paperwork package which implements those changes. Such a submission would identify the various alternatives for implementation of statutory changes with a justification for the alternative chosen.
