Abstract: TITLT IV, HEA PROGRAMS PROVIDE A MEANS BY WHICH STUDENT MAY FINANCE POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION. SOME FINANCIAL AID IS AWARDED BASED UPON A DETERMINATION OF FINANCIAL NEED. THIS NOTICE PROVIDES INFORMATION TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS INTERESTED IN OPERATING A CERTIFIED NEED ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR USE BY INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN ASSISTI STUDENTS.
