Abstract: TITLE IV HEA PROGRAMS PROVIDE A MEANS BY WHICH STUDENTS MAY FINANCE POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION. SOME FINANCIAL AID IS AWARDED BASED UPON A DETERMINATION OF FINANCIAL NEED. THIS NOTICE PROVIDES INFORMATION TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS INTERESTED IN OPERATING A CERTIFIED NEED ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR USE BY INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN ASSISTI STUDENTS.
