Abstract: OWNERS/OPERATORS MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATION, START-UPS, SHUTDOWNS, MALFUNCTIONS AND DATE AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TESTS. OWNERS/OPERATORS SHALL RECORD THE DAILY PRODUCTION RATE AND HOURS OF OPERATION AND SHALL CONTINOUSLY MONITOR NOX EMISSION AND SUBMIT SEMI-ANNUAL EXCESS EMISSION REPORTS. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO IMPLEMENT AND ENFORCE THE STANDARD.
