Abstract: SECTION 73.352(A)(11) REQUIRES COMMERCIAL TELEVISION STATIONS OWNED BY A NETWORK TO MAINTAIN IN THEIR PUBLIC INSPECTION FILES THE REPORTS IDENTIFIED IN SECTION 73.661. THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 73.661 WILL DETER POSSIBLE ANTICOMPETITION BEHAVIOR BY THE NETWORKS. THE DATA WILL BE USED BY THE PUBLIC AND FCC IN CONFIRMING NETWORK COMPLIANCE WITH OUR MODIFIED FINANCIAL INTEREST AND SYNDICATION RULES.
