Abstract: SECTION 73.3526(A)(11) REQUIRES COMMERCIAL TELEVISION STATIONS OWNED B A NETWORK TO MAINTAIN IN THEIR PUBLIC INSPECTION FILES THE REPORTS IDENTIFIED IN SECTION 73.661. THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 73.661 WILL DETER POSSIBLE ANTICOMPETITIVE BEHAVIOR BY THE NETWORKS. THE DATA WILL BE USED BY THE FCC AND THE PUBLIC IN CONFIRMING NETWORK COMPLIANCE WITH OUR FINANCIAL INTEREST AND SYNDICATION RULES.
