Abstract: FORM DSP-16 IS USED IN ANY CASE WHERE THERE IS REASON TO BELIEVE AN INDIVIDUAL HAS VIOLATED THE CRIMINAL STATUTES THE U.S. WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF A U.S. PASSPORT.
