DATA FROM THESE FORMS ARE PUBLISHED IN VARIOUS EIA PUBLICATIONS. RESPONDENTS ARE PIPELINE COMPANIES, DISTRIBUTORS, STORAGE OPERATORS, PLANT OPERATORS, AND STATE AGENCIES.
