The Natural Gas Data Collection Program Package forms collect basic and detailed natural gas production, processing, transmission, storage, consumption, and price data. The data are published by the Energy Information Administration and are used by both public and private analysts. Respondents include natural gas pipeline companies, distributors, storage operators, processing plant operators, and state agencies.

The EIA-176 and the EIA-857 both had increases in the number of respondents. Per the Terms of Clearance, the EIA-757A is discontinued. The EIA -757B and the EIA-912 both had decreases in the number of respondents. In total, this ICR has an overall decrease of 1479 burden hours.
