We have extended approval of these information collection requirements for one year because the EEOC is considering changes to the EEO-1, a major component of OFCCP's information collection package. DOL's study of burden estimation methodology is sufficient to satisfy the agreement that ESA and OMB reached the FY 1989 ICB.
