THE PLANS CONSTITUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AS TO HOW THE STATE WILL IMPLEMENT THE JOBS PROGRAM AND PROVIDE CHILD CARE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. THE USE OF THESE FORMS WILL PROMOTE PROGRAM CONSISTENCY AND FACILITIES COLLECTION OF INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPARE PROGRAM DATA.
