Abstract: States must use ACF-106 and ACF-107 to submit their JOBS and Supportive Services plans to ACF. The plans consitute an agreement between each State and the Federal Government on State program implementation of JOBS, IV-A, and At-Risk-Child Care and affect the 50 States, three territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands), and the District of Columbia.
