Abstract: INFORMATION ON DILIGENT EFFORTS TOWARD UTILIZATION OF GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES, BONA FIDE EFFORTS TO PRODUCE GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES, AND SIGNIFICANT EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS MADE ON GEOTHERMAL LEASES IS NEEDED COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF P.L. 100-443. INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF GEOTHERMAL LESSEES QUALIFY FOR LEASE EXTENSIONS.
