Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE USED TO ENABLE A SELECTION PANEL TO CHOOSE ONE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FACILITY AND COMMUNITY EACH YEAR FROM EACH OF NINE CATEGORIES THAT HAVE OUTSTANDING OPERATION AND MAINTENANC FOR THAT YEAR.
