OMB notes that
the approval for the existing CHSP paperwork has been extended to
October, 1992. OMB disapproves the request for approval o the new
(revised) CHSP paperwork because HUD has not yet submitted a rule
revising the CHSP. Once HUD does complete the CHSP rule, and
submits it to OMB for Executive Order No. 12291 review, HUD should
als submit the new (revised) paperwork. In its next submission, HUD
shoul address the comments from the 7/3/91 OMB approval, which
requested tha HUD add greater detail regarding the subject of the
OMB circulars in Section 1M of the handbook and provide information
on how respondents can obtain a copy of the OMB circulars for
guidance on how to comply.
