Abstract: COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER IN THE DOMESTIC OFFSHORE COMMERCE ARE REQUIRE BY SECTION 18(A) OF THE SHIPPING ACT, 1916, AND SECTION 2 OF THE INTERCOASTAL SHIPPING ACT, 1933, TO PUBLISH TARIFFS CONTAINING THEIR RULES, REGULATIONS, AND CHARGES. THIS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WHO REQUESTS IT FROM THE COMMISSION FOR ANY VARIETY OF USES.
