Abstract: COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER IN THE DOMESTIC OFFSHORE COMMERCE ARE REQUIRE BY SECTION 18(A) OF THE SHIPPING ACT OF 1916 AND SECTION 2 OF THE INTERCOASTAL SHIPPING ACT OF 1933 TO PUBLISH TARIFFS CONTAINING THEIR RULES, REGULATIONS, AND CHARGES. THIS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE WHO REQUESTS IT FROM THE COMMISSION FOR A VARIETY OF USES.
