Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's 4/13/92 memorandum to OMB. In addition, w note the following conditions: -- Upon the next submission of this package, ED shall provide an analysis of whether Part VI, Program Summary continues to be necessary in light of future developments in NPSAS and any changes that result from HEA reauthorization that may make Part VI duplicative. -- In the instructions for Part I. Section A, ED shall not require information on hard copy beyond that which identifies the institution (name and address), since other information is already reported electronically and need not reappear on a signature page. -- ED shall delete the word "additional" from the instructions to Part III, Section A, line 1, regarding the capital contribution. The preceeding language states clearly that respondents may never report t figure as a negative; "additional" implies that a new capital contribution needs to be created.
