OMB notes that
the burden estimate of 139,622 hours is an average of t burden
estimates for the first 3 years of this program. In its next
submission HUD should calculate an average for the following 3
years. Prior to its next submission, HUD should consult with PHAs
on the accuracy of these burden estimates, the utility of the
information bei collected, and options for reducing the
burdensomeness of this collection. HUD should address these issues
in its next submission, along with any other comments or issues
that arise concerning the Comprehensive Grant Program paperwork
requirements. OMB approves this information collection with the
revisions made by HU as shown in the attached forms.
