This ICR is
approved for use by FERC through October, 1992. OMB is still
concerned that this ICR may be unnecessary (see comments of OMB
action dated Arpil 4, 1991). Furthermore, in light of the new
reporting requirements imposed by the so called MEGA-NOPR, OMB
believes that there is a good possibility that these reporting
requirements may be duplicative. Before FERC requests another one
yea extension of this reporting requirement, it should examine
whether or not these reporting requirements are duplicative, and
present the results of the review to OMB.
