Abstract: SINCE THE CAA AMENDMENTS OF 1990 AND THE GASOLINE VOLATILITY REGULATIO PROVIDE FOR A ONE PSI ALLOWANCE ABOVE THE OTHERWISE APPLICABLE STANDAR FOR ETHANOL BLENDS, FACILITIES HANDLING THESE FUELS WILL BE REQUIRED T LABEL INVOICES AND OTHER MARKETING DOCUMENTS AS TO ETHANOL CONTENT IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY GASOLINE PRODUCTS THAT QUALIFY FOR THE ALLOWANCE.
