Abstract: THE MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE WILL REQUIRE OPERATORS OF STRIPPER OIL PROPERTY TO ANNUALLY SUBMIT ROYALTY RATES CALCULATED FOR THE YEAR. TH MMS NEEDS THIS DATA IN ORDER TO ENTER THE PROPER ROYALTY RATE INTO FINANCIAL AND PRODUCTION ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS SO THAT THE CORRECT RATE WILL BE USED IN CALCULATING AND COLLECTING ROYALTIES.
