This ICR which
covers changes in monitoring and reporting requirements associated
with the final storm water implementation rule is approved until
10/94 when the base ICR, Discharge Monitoring Reports, expires. The
terms of clearance of the DMR ICR remain in effect. In this ICR,
EPA has done an excellent job in choosing a flexible monitoring
approa which allows EPA and states to target monitoring based on
risk to the environment while greatly reducing the burden on the
regulated community.
