Abstract: THE CONFIDENTIAL ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION STATEMENT WILL BE COMPLETED BY PARTIES REGULATED BY THE FCC WHO AGREE TO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THEIR DISPUTE THROUGH ADR TECHNIQUES. IT WILL PROVIDE THE MEDIATOR/NEUTRAL WITH BACKGROUND INFORMATION ESSENTIAL TO THE CASE SO THAT THEY CAN COME TO THE FIRST SESSION FULLY PREPARED.
