Abstract: HOUSING OWNERS MUST APPLY FOR GRANT FUNDS TO USE IN ELIMINATING DRUG-RELATED CRIME IN LOW-INCOME HOUSING. THE APPLICATION PROCESS INCLUDES DEVELOPING A PLAN, SEEKING TENANT COMMENTS, CERTIFYING HUD COMPLIANCE WITH HUD REQUIREMENTS, AND PROVIDING A COMPREHENSIVE DRUG PREVENTION PROGRAM.
