Abstract: INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS OF THE INDIAN CDBG PROGRAM ARE NEEDED IN ORDER FOR HUD TO SELECT THE BEST PROJECTS FOR FUNDING DURING ANNUAL COMPETITIONS.
